Meet the Founders

Jenny Natyshak

Jenny has always been a natural leader, mentor, and guide.

For years, she thrived in the corporate world, excelling in leadership roles that prioritized structure, productivity, and success. But beneath the surface, she felt a pull toward something deeper, something more human, more heart-centered.

Jenny transitioned from the corporate world into facilitation, breathwork, and retreat leadership, creating spaces where people could pause, heal, and reconnect with themselves.

Her work is rooted in the belief that true leadership starts within.

As the founder of the Leading with Love Movement and owner of The Lodge at Lakeshore, Jenny is passionate about helping leaders, facilitators, and organizations integrate mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and heart-centered leadership into their work.

Jenny has collaborated with her Spiritual Mentor Bouchra El Amine to co-create The Art of Facilitation (AOF), committed to
mentoring facilitators who want to lead with confidence, presence, and authenticity.
She knows that many aspiring facilitators have the passion but lack the trust in themselves to fully step into their role.

Jenny's Mission

To help more people discover that leadership isn’t about perfection, it’s about trust. And when we lead from a place of deep integrity, we create real transformation.

Bouchra El Amine

Bouchra's Mission

That more people awaken to their healing, wisdom, and leadership because the world needs more heart-led space-holders.

Bouchra has always been a visionary, space-holder, and guide.

From high school leadership to the corporate world, to running her own businesses, she has spent her life creating spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and deeply supported.

Her own transformation ignited a lifelong devotion to learning, self-development, and the art of holding space. She sought out wisdom keepers, healers, and mentors to deepen her understanding of facilitation, energy work, and embodied healing.

But beyond certifications, her presence is her true gift: her ability to listen beyond words, hold space with integrity, and guide others through their own transformation.

Whether through wellness programs, women’s circles, holistic retreats, or private sessions, her mission is to help others shed what no longer serves them and step into their full power.

She believes that everyone has a unique gift to bring to the world and when they step fully into it, they create a ripple effect of transformation. That’s why she co-created

The Art of Facilitation (AOF).

She believes that facilitation is both an art and a responsibility—and when held with care, it can change lives.
